Residential Qualification

At least one of the parties must have resided within the district of the Marriage Officer for not less than 30 days prior to filing notice.

Notice of Intended Marriage

Filing written notice to the Marriage Registrar. The notice is published publicly for a mandatory 30-day objection period.

Solemnization & Declaration

Upon clearing objections, marriage is solemnized before the Registrar in the presence of 3 witnesses with formal declarations.
